DMCA Policy for The Biz AI Hub

1. Introduction
The Biz AI Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

3. DMCA Notice Requirements
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. A counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which The Biz AI Hub may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. The original party will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. Fair Use
The “fair use” doctrine under U.S. copyright law allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders. Examples of fair use may include criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research. If you believe your use of copyrighted material constitutes fair use, you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a DMCA notice.
